How to make cold brew matcha

Please use the following as a guide to creating your nourishing bowl.

  1. Sift 2 chashaku scoops of matcha into the tea bowl
  2. Add a dash of water to the bowl
  3. Use the whisk to combine water and tea, creating a mixture the consistency of melted chocolate
  4. Add the rest of the water and mix well
  5. Add ice cubes
