Sakucha ships Australia-wide. 

We aim to dispatch within 48 hours.

Your matcha mail is mindfully packed into Hero Packaging home compostable mailers.

Our courier partner Sendle makes 100% carbon neutral deliveries and is a certified B Corporation. 

Please note that Sendle does not deliver to PO Boxes, locked bags, or parcel lockers.

If we cannot ship to you via Sendle, we will make a carbon neutral delivery via Australia Post. 

You will receive an email with a Sendle tracking link, reference number and estimated delivery date.

 

Current estimated delivery times are: 

Brisbane, QLD, 4700: 1 - 5 business days 

Sydney, NSW, 2000: 2 - 6 business days 

Melbourne, VIC, 3000: 3 - 7 business days 

Adelaide, SA, 5000: 4 - 8 business days 

Perth, WA, 6000: 8 - 12 business days
